My First IMAC Core Duo (First Generation) ... Help

Hi All,

I have just purchased my first Imac on eBay. It looks brand new; only about six months old now.

I was useed to being rather proficient on a PC. However, I can barely find my way around on my IMAC. Can anyone offer some good websites that may be helpful to my learning. I am about to buy a MACs for Dummies book but, after the price of the IMAC I am reluctant to spend a dime if I need not do so.

Any direction is greatly appreciated.
