No matter how close I am sitting to my wireless router I can never keep my connection. It's not just my router, but any wi-fi connection I try to connect to the connection doesn't last longer then a couple minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
are you using software to configure you wireless settings or are you allowing windows to do it? if you have no clue, view the properties of the wireless connection and look in one of the tabs there
also, do you reckon it could be a firewall getting in the way?

I'm using Intel Wireless Pro to manage the connection. I'm not sure if it's a firewall or not because I'm not too familiar with networking. All I know is that at my house, at school, and at my girlfriend's house I can never keep a stable connection. I don't understand it.
try using windows to configure ur wireless connection. if u know how to reinstall intel or how to disable it, then do so and let windows take control.
mind u i sometimes have it cut off at random times and then reconnect, but i fink its router probs
You are talking your wireless card? Do you have the problem at your home?
It may be the networks your piggybacking on.

Yea, I'm basically having a problem everywhere. I can't seem to keep a connection on any Wi-fi spot.
Do you have the issue if you hard wire to the router ....if not, I might start thinking its the wifi card .....got a spare to swap?
