Is it possible to tweak IE7 so that you don't have to activate a "control" everytime you come across as web page that has a control on it? Is this a security option or what? Thanks.

I assume he means the little drop down bar thing that asks you to allow a program access. Yes there is a way, but i can't remember it off the top my head, will try to look it up later.

No not the drop down menus at the top of the web browser window.

I mean, say you go to a page and it has an embeded video file or something of that nature, with interactive play buttons, volume control, etc. You always have click to "activate" the controls before you can use them. Essentially you have to click, and then click AGAIN to use them.

I am wondering if there is a setting to automatically allow the activation of those controls so you can just go to the webpage and use them.

It's really not that big of a deal to manually activate the controls, I was just curious if there was a way to bypass it so that they would always be activated as soon as the page opens.
