PhotoFiltre will do some of those, Bazza. 'Specially .bmp to .jpg. here are 2 screenshots of the "open" and "save as" menus.;) The bigger of the 2 is the "open" menu.

Ill vote for photofiltre too. The best and easy to use picture editor I have used to date. ;)

It lets you choose the compression of your JPEGs. Handy if posting pics on MGs! :major

By the way, did you notice the Doctor Halo? In the "open" menu. (.cut extension) Sounds like our Halo. LOL
