ok, i decided that if i want to do this thing, then i better get it installed into Delphi, LOL!
It says at delphi.about.com that socks is the easiest way to send data over a network. but i dont seem to have an internet panel in my pallete. this is Delphi 7. Do i need to install it or somthing?
