They missed out the most important bit,was it loaded?I guess not or at least one of the news sites I googled would have mentioned it,without a missile its just a drainpipe with a trigger,can you legally own them as memorabelia:confused anyone know?

Turns out what they actually received was a casing for a TOW anti-tank missile system. It's fiberglass, and in addition to an alert reader (thanks!), an investigator for Raytheon came to the same conclusion.
