So I was checking out this new tools that I found on the internet, and I was doing some radom ip scans of the class c of the companies that I work for, for example, one company (fake address to show examples) has 128.41.143.66 so I scanned 128.41.143.0 - 128.41.144.0 and I found a few servers that are heavily exsposed, along with some printers, etc. I was curious to know, since I think they live in my area, if I should send a simple one page print to this printer telling them my name, and that they could call me to get help to solve this problem. What do you guys think?

No, this would be bad as they have evidence of an intrusion and would spark a whole big problem, e-mail them with a fake e-mail telling them what you found.
