Does anyone know where I can find a good read on server migration (ie. what steps to take)? We have an old server and a new server. Well, we want the new server to be our PDC, and take over for the old server.

You can install the "new server" on the network as a BDC and then promote it to the PDC in server manager. I would suggest going to an active directory environment and you would eliminate the whole PDC, BDC fiasco. You would just have DC that are peers to each other and replicate in intervals that you choose.

Other than that, buy Mark Minasi's book Windows NT 4.0, it is the NT 4.0 bible. It is on Ebay for cheap
