need help with via 4in1

i need to know how to remove via 4in1 driver from my computer havent been able to play games since i installed it. my computer is,

Windows ME
AMD Duron(tm) Processor
20GB Hard drive
320MB Ram
NVidia Vanta LT 2x AGP 8mb

if you need anymore info on my pc for you to help me just tell me were i find it

at first i installed it with quick install. now ive just downloaded it again and went through it in normal install and its give me a choice to uninstall. done all that but its just stayed the same no games will load. i cant do a system restore cos i removed it ive got a restore disc but i dont wanna lose all my stuff
