This isn't a political debate thread or even a thread to air who you support. This is just some humor and bewilderment than some are so lost in the Presidential Campaign 2008

Funny, yet so very sad.

Unfortunately, I think you could do that out on any street and people would be going with it. Most have no idea why they hate or like a candidate.

Ah yes, the man/woman on the street makes you realize just how ignorant people are.

The reason Mr and Mrs public are ignorant is that they have been fed so much http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/6246/2931175504ap8.gif (http://imageshack.us) over the years from both parties that they have now become apathetic and think who ever wins it will be more of the same.http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/6272/12191340372dw0.gif (http://imageshack.us)

You know Bill as much as I would like to believe that I have witnessed other examples of stupid along the same lines. There was a TV game show that was a take off from forget whos late night show, where they went into the streets and asked questions you would hope a grammer student could answer but failed miserably. We are turning into a country of idiots.
:foolish Future leaders. :(

Whats a Presidential Campaign?

;)

As Laura states most just believe what they read or see on TV over making their own mind up in many of these elections or even in the tech are on using specific software! so they go around in circles thinking one minute one candidate is best thing since sliced bread then 5mins later change their mind for the other.

Think todays climate is all about confusing the populus.

True Darlene

Reading more on the Nov elections today and the political dogaroll has spewed into Computer Games and YouTube! I know in what I have read as AN outsider who I would pick as best of the two.. but 5th Nov is the crux day.

Elections I feel are just about giving the public the message they want to hear without actually comminting to delivering that message!? Most of the time we all say to ourselves HUH did they say yes or no that question, I cannot remember!

Just feel as if the winner will be decided on charasmatic charm over substance or old world charm and bog standard values over substance.... confused with my statement well your ment to be ;)

As funny as in Sarah Palins interview when she agreed with Obama's policies on Pakistan:-D

Reminds me of that time Penn and Teller got a petition against monohydrogen dioxide and everybody signed it:-D

Screw elections, either way anyone elected will do things to upset someone!

Now there's talk of the Bradley effect. Tom Bradley (believe mayor of LA) some time ago was running for governor of California. So many people claimed they were voting for him trying not to appear raciest (he was /is black) that he was believed to win so overwhelmingly he was even declared winner in media - but lost.
You just never know.

Of course intelligent informed white people aren't taking race into consideration at all when they go to the polls and voting based on the policies alone not false rumours spread by republican special interest groups:-D

Ohio as I remember was the headquarters for the Ku Klux Klan so these people stay ignorant for decades. There ought to be a test before your allowed to vote on your mental ability.

Wow Rikky. If that stuff's for real, that's sick.

I just can't believe that there are still people that are that ignorant in this world.
