Php forum/wiki hybrid

I'm looking for a sort of forum/wikipedia hybrid. See I've got this idea for a site and what I want is for people to be able to send their input to the database, but not get published instantly. The input must first be reviewed and after approval gets published. See I like the features of a forum, but I want users to be able to see it in a more professional way. Like I want a certain layout that is hard to explain, but that I can't really say too much about in case someone steals my idea.

But, basically I want to be able to have user input go through an approval process. And I want users to be able to search the site for the specific user input their looking for. So, much like a wikipedia, but also much like a forum.

Tell me if you don't understand and I'll try and make it a little clearer. It's just I don't want to give too much away.

lol I have been developing my own PHP wikiforumarcade for a few years. It is mostly just for fun now, but I am thinking of actually starting to use it for something. I won't give the link yet, as it's not finished enough.

Re the problem of ideas getting stolen, PHP is fairly good at hiding PHP code, but the HTML sent to the browser is for the user to use, and is often viewed by people wondering how pages work. PHP can keep accounts and only let trusted users see certain pages, but I like to show some of the good stuff so people will be interested.

Some forums have an option to make moderators that must approve new posts, but this is usually just used for specialized rules, like on children's sites, or sites with guaranteed content. You can change the layout of some of these forums fairly easily. There is probably a wiki with these features, also. I decided to make my own for fun, but if you want a working thing right away, there is probably forum code that will do close to what you want, that you can customize.
