I was just wondering how a user made his signature have variables in a jpeg image? I didn't think it would be possible. Could someone please enlighten me?

PHP and other SS languages can add parts to images or make images. Look at webmonkey for a PHP tutorial on making images.

Errr well I've checked the site and I just can't see to find any tutorial on making images. Could you please refer me to one or tell me how it's done? Thanks again.

Yeah I found the webmonkey one but I think it is only for creating an image. I think think guy made his in photoshop, not sure though, or gimp. And Added the rest of the stuff in php, would that be possible? I did look on the sites server and I found his "layout" and different versions of the same thing, but instead of completely learning php is there any other way? Sorry for being such a hassle :o and thanks.

I don't believe you can program images, I may be wrong, look around for "programming" JPEG/GIF s'

With PHP you can create images on the fly

I think you've said that twice already. Is here anyway to add php to an existing image template?

Thanks.

Is there? We can't answer everything for you when we don't have all the info, but generally "everything is possible"

What other info do you want?

For one, a description, you know how many things an image template could mean? Could mean a graphical template, a page of images ([non] thumbnails), etc Do you have PHP installed? What do you want? Do you plan for us to do the work or you? etc.

No I don't have PHP installed, the template was the signature without the information, and I want to know where I could find either a direct tutorial of how to do it or if it's only one line of coding, give me the code. Now was that so hard, seriously? I mean you don't need to keep the questions inside, just ask...

We gave you guides to it up a few post. If you dont know PHP it could be a trouble to code it

Well thanks anyway I guess I can just go learn PHP and then maybe write the code myself in a year or something.

Hmm well thanks, I was thinking something sort of like the above example. But I'm not sure, I've seen some funny smilies and such that use the information as a joke and whatnot but hmm... I'd like to know what would I need to download on windoze for php without making it a server type of thing. Because I looked around and I've found some php code but I'm not sure how to actually apply it and change it around.

Thanks again.

You;'d need web server software. and php modules for it

PHP module functionality is only for Apache, for the rest it's CGI interpeter, I would recommend Apache... (*cough* if you want IIS look at the sig ;)*cough*)
