Bios Patcher I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am new to this Geeking thing so please add as much detail as poss.
Can anyone please (in detail) how to load and run bios patcher program ,to unlock the hidden features in my award bios.
I have a sony Vaio, and only see a small part of the bios functions. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never used that prog....

most big box companies use proprietary boards...
it may have been built with an award BIOS, but it has been turned into a Sony BIOS....

I am all for tweaking and playing... but on my computers that I build...
Big Box computers are too easy to screw up.....
