Dumb cooling question?

I am trying to get the best cooling i can and i am running the
Zalman 7000 cooler I have removed the stock fan and am using the Zalman Bracket with a 92 mm fan. I am running P4 3.0 still havent the gut's to O/C yet but stock temps rite now accordinf to sandra burn in tests are 30 c idle and 46 c under load
dose this sound right ?? I have heard so manny different
temp that are good/ bad my head hurt's

those are pretty good temps.. I'd say it's plenty safe for you to OC.

Thanks Kodo I am still learning on the over clocking but I'll soon give it a try still skidish on it now got a good system dont want it to go Poof :D
