i am running a dool boot system with windows xp pro and i just recently installed mandrake 9.2 on a seperate hard drive. i am using the bootloader from linux and i am running the kde desktop.
I need to get a driver from my windows drive to my linux drive to get my networking to work . Theres 2 problems.
1. i cant burn it to my cd burner because i dont have one anymore.
2. i have no idea how to find my windows drive from linux

You can't install Windows drivers on Linux unless you use a special program that MAY work, may not,saw it posted on Slashdot. As for the finding Windows, just as root do fdisk -l and you should see a partition labeled as HPFS/NTFS, and it should say something like /dev/hda2 before, then just do mount /dev/hda2 /mnt and "go" to /mnt by using a Konqueror, nautilus, or whatever you use to navigate your partition.

Open Konqueror and you will have a folder with the name mnt open it and you should see all of the drives that are mounted. If it is not there then you have to mount it. To do this go to start then applications then monitoring and you should see KDISKFREE this will let you mount your drive.
