With my new GF FX 5700 I get 3003 points. Is there a way to get more? Athlon XP 1850 MHz,512MB DDR,VIA KT 400.

I think I know exactly what you're talking about... Before I went off to college, I had planned on building just your average computer. Then I met counterstrike. I have fallen down the slippery slope into the gaming world one step at a time.

Right now the only thing from my initial setup that I still have is my motherboard, chip, and hard drive.

Currently, I'm running Doom 3 and Half Life 2 pretty fluidly, but I know my limit is my cooling (stock) and my Mobo/Chip. Maybe after Christmas I'll be able to pick up another chip/mobo combo. I'm thinking a higher end Abit and a Prescott 3.4 or 3.6 socket 478.

I'm getting 8493 in '03, and 3587 in '05. For some odd reason I only get 15549 in '01. Any ideas why? Most of the systems like mine have scored 18-21K.
