Hi out there - Until my former computer running Win XP crashed, I consulting the Tweak XP forum a lot and saw many people recommending Mozilla over IE. I thought Mozilla was some untested upstart until I read an article in this month's Business 2.0 about the guy who was responsible for creating it. Seems like a very stable browser from that article. I now have a Win 98 system, 191 MB ram, a 20 gig HD and am wondering if 1) I have enough memory, etc. to run Mozilla and 2) if it is a good idea to switch to it.

Anyone out there with personal experience with it? I'm also wondering how updating, problems, etc. are dealt with. Microsoft has such a well-developed support site with their updating and all - does Mozilla have any kind of support in that way? Thankx for your input!!!!

I would disagree with you there... but, thats another matter entirley.

I would get Mozilla Firefox (www.mozilla.org/products/firefox). It is still under development, but its as stable as you like.

Support is good, there is a fairly big help file and a forum on mozillaZine which is pretty good for answers.

Firefox is the best man. I have not seen a popup in so long I'd be hard pressed to remember what it is. lol The support forum is also very good & the nightly builds are fun to play around with.
