Website won't display for some

My friend just got a domain; http://navyleaf.com, and I can visit it fine and all, but when he goes to it, it displays a "website under construction" image thing, like he hasn't started making it yet. Also, when I visit it using the "WWW" in the URL (www.navyleaf.com instead of navyleaf.com), it displays the same image. We use the same browser (mozilla firefox), same OS (Windows XP Home), and I dont know what would make a difference.

net propagation.. it will take some time for the domain to be "seen" by all the servers around the world. You could also be caching some DNS but it typically refreshes itself in time anyway.
