Just finished reading The Da Vinci Code. You guys gotta check this out.

So this is totally awesome. Go here: http://www.danbrown.com/novels/davinci_code/breakingnews.html and watch the clip from "Good morning America" (it's the second video clip). This is just to let you know what he did. (He's hidden codes ON the book!)

Then go here: http://www.randomhouse.com/doubleday/davinci/ and you can decipher the codes. He has a bookcover on the site to help you out.

Man, that guy is amazing.

I went to the 2nd Good Morning America link first... don't ask me why.. Anyway They reveal the 4 codes off the cover of the book here. Apparently this was a contest. Be sure and watch this link as well to see the winner of the contest, and the nice suprise he has for his girlfriend.

LOL I see know where you mentioned the second clip... DUH. Don't mind me.. It's late and I must be tired.

That is neat tho.. How bout the way he leaves you hanging so you have to go buy the next book.. Smart thinking. He must be a Quentin Tarantino fan. ( I am so glad I had both Kill Bill and Kill Bill 2 so I was able to watch them back to back... Great great movies, by the way!! )

Chuckles... i enjoyed the book, but having read Holy Blood Holy Grail, and Bloodline of the Holy Grail, and The Tomb of God years before i was amazed he got away with writing it... turns out he didn't, as i'm led to believe that Baigent n Leigh are sueing Dan Brown, with Lincoln not being able to due to ill health.

Not read anything else by him yet.... any recommendations? He may need the revenue.... lol :)

Read the book he wrote just before this one: Of Demons and Angels I think it's called. It involved the same main character. Although, I've heard people say that the davinci code is his best yet so no promises that this one will be as good - I have yet to read it. :D
