BOCLEAN 4.11 IS NOW OBSOLETE.
BOClean 4.11 has reached the end of its lifetime. It's database can no longer be supported. To remain protected, you need to upgrade to the new BOClean 4.12 if you haven't already. BOClean 4.12 is a critical upgrade and is therefore available to all verifiable users for FREE.
Site license asignees need to reach their technical contact for upgrades. We do not have asignee lists for licenses, sorry. This includes licensees such as "NewEgg," "CompUSA" and OTHER "discounters" who sell THEIR copies of BOClean to the public. If you are a customer of a "discounter," please include all of the information you were provided. If you purchased BOClean more than 30-60 days ago, then you're probably currently in our database of customers they sold BOClean to. If it's LESS than that period, then your upgrade will be subject to verification by the discounters which can possibly take some time. Those sales were not performed by us and we might not have a record of sale to you until they provide the sales information and payment to us. The resale of their corporate license for BOClean IS the basis of the discount you purchased BOClean at. Purchases through US are completely within our control. Purchases from others however are subject to THEIR policies and practices, not ours.
If you purchased Digital River's Extended Download Service when you purchased your copy of BOClean from US, you can access that Service to download your upgrade version at will. The system will tell you that you are downloading the version you originally purchased. IGNORE THIS. It's an anomaly we cannot get around. You will receive the current version and build. Congratulations on your original wisdom to purchase the "Extended Download Service" when you purchased BOClean from Digital River. It's like having an "EZ-PASS."
Send an email to upgrade@nsclean.com (sorry, support cannot supply upgrade files) with the subject of "BOClean Upgrade" and include your full name, email address used when you purchased BOClean and/or order number if you have it. Once we confirm your request, your software will arrive in a reply email. We will send an EXE file UNLESS you specify you want a ZIP or renamed EXE (now called an "002"). Please be sure your ISP does not block attachments. Some web-based services do, if you have an alternate email address it would be helpful if you include it in your email. You'll get your software faster if you do. Please be patient, requests can take up to 24 hours to fill. Thanks for your cooperation.
