I have a network where users can come and go at will with their own machine. What I need to do is force them to see an informational page when they first connect with their browser. The only equipment in place is a couple of routers. No servers.

What is the easiest way to force a page, at least once?

Using peer to peer Network there is No Log On, you are connected on a Hardware/OS Level.

You need to install a server in order to enforce connection and displaying specific content.

If you are using Wireless there is free software up to three users that can help in such endeavor.

Thanks for the info Cat5e. The software you mentioned requires a client to be installed on the network machines and so will not work in my situation.
