Have a look at the new "controller" (if you call it that...) for the Nintendo Revolution...

I used to be a Nintendo fan around the N64 days, but since the Gamecube, my loyalties have been slipping...
if its not broken, don't fix it. horrible. :(

I actually like gc controller wayy better than 64s, in fact i think GC had the potential to be the best systm, it really has by far my favorite controller the others are too basic and plain, this however, looks like an intellivision controller for the future :D

also on the n64 controller the joystick would start to wear down very quickly.

Well here's my take on it...with the new controller design, Nintendo is either shooting itself in the foot or they are completely genius. Whenever a company like that changes a design radically, it has been one of these two things. For all I know, the way the gameplay is, it could revolutionize the gaming industry, or they may just fade away, like Sega has.

actually, Nintendo bought Sega, so that would be an even bigger ouch! :p
Despite nintendo's downsides, i dont think they will be going anywhere soon-- and I really am looking forward to the included Emulators on Revolution that play all prior nintendo console games-- though I'm guessing they're going to sell roms for it somehow.

well this hasn't really been done, you download the games right onto your revolution, some are free some cost like a dollar or something... not really sure sounds cool though.
