I think I speak for everyone when I say we dont understand... If you just want to clear cookies, it can be done via your browser or a tool like CCLeaner.

or as a wild guess, if it's the search drop down box on online search engines then.....
In IE
Go to the Tools menu
Choose Internet Options
Choose the Content tab
Within the Personal Information, Choose AutoComplete
To clear the current history, click on Clear Forms
To disable this feature perminently, uncheck the Forms box
plus on the fly when the list appears, you can just highlight the entries with your arrow keys an dhit delete.
In Firefox
Go to the Tools menu
Choose Options
Choose the Privacy tab
Within the Saved Form Information
To clear the current history, click on Clear
To disable this feature, uncheck the Save information I enter in web page forms and the search bar
and to do the same on the fly deletion this time as with IE, use your arrow keys to highlight an entry for deletion and hold Shift down and hit Delete.
