More and more people are buying and loving Macs. To make this choice simply irresistible, Apple will include technology in the next major release of Mac OS X, Leopard, that lets you install and run the Windows XP operating system on your Mac. Called Boot Camp (for now), you can download a public beta today.

I've read you can also install Linux using Boot Camp. Also it should be possible theoretically to install Windows 2000, Vista, etc. though you can't install the official Apple Mac drivers (Apple provides these in Boot Camp) on anything but WinXP SP2. Apple is not selling nor supporting Windows in any fashion. It is being offered to help people who have one or two PC apps they can't part with to run them on a Mac without the need for a separate Windows machine. And for gamers who want to run games not yet available on the Mac (or never available in some cases for Mac). Then you can do everything else in OS X. :) I wish you could install OS X on a regular PC without hacking etc. (easily).
