Please help, I am tryingto get a website (suggested by Apple) that will convert my movies to Ipod format...the movies I downloaded will not play on Pod, but will in Itunes

use videora to convert your movies, or right-click the video in itunes and choose convert for ipod.

Click once on the movie then choose 'convert for iPod' from the advanced menu in iTunes...

You shouldn't need an external website or any additional software...

Any further probs, just post back but please include system specs and OS so i can provide further help.
