Easy Way To Make A Hotkey To Paste My Email Address?

I have had a change of email address, and it's been pretty complicated dealing with a lot of websites and subscriptions. I'm getting tired of opening up ArsClip every time I want to paste my email address. It would be nice to simplify it if I could.

 

Couple of ideas, though as this a once-off thing I question whether either would pay off timewise.

- Use a keyboard macro program, such as AutoHotKey

TinyTask from http://www.vtaskstudio.com/support.php, small exe no installer. Click the wrench & select a record hot key. Open notepad, hit the hot key, type the email address, hit the hot key. Click the wrench, select fast play speed and select a playback hot key. Then when you click in a form hit the playback hotkey. Done. You can compile it into it own exe too.
