   "" Need help with down load speed's have to reboot router to regain down speeds, but would only hold for a short time,
   speeds will boost to 400kbs for about 2-5mins, then Drop to dial up speeds, plus I was hoping for Your opinion on the best DNS for help with browser, (using Google Crome) freezing up as-well, NO viruses on the PC..
