Aol Email / Locked Out

I have an AOL email account I use via web. (Yes, I’m one of those dinosaurs.) Wanted to change password. Got the security question and gave wrong answer. (Gave bogus response at setup which I forgot.) Prompted me for personal info including phone number. Forgot phone number I had when I opened account. Prompted for billing info and gave wrong credit card number. Tried again with right credit card number and got in. Updated my security question and my password. So tried to log in to my email account with new password, got GAH! service error, and was unable to get in. So I assume with my multiple trys I got flagged for security reasons and locked out. Tried AOL customer support via email and chat and it seems to be non-existent. Do use this account a lot so this is a problem. Suggestions?
