16 Bit windows.subsystem.????

    howzit Guys I am new at tiis Ihave a problem I some times get this error

    I6 Bit Windows.subsystem .The system file is not suitable for running .MS Dos andMicrosoft Windows applications.

    Well thats my story I hope that some one can help
