2 error messages on Shutdown

    Every single time I shutdown my computer I get the same error messages, the first one that pops up has to due with winlogon.exe. The second that comes up is a load error for ProcNICs.dll, that one will pop up about 3-4 times, i have to click ok each time on that one before I can restart/shutdown, any advice:mad:

    Ok, this is the exact winlogon error:
    "winlogon.exe Application Error
    This exception Single Step
    A Single step or trace operation has just been completed
    0x80004 occurred in application at location0x77a40...
    click ok to terminate, click cancel to debug"
