I was recently badly infected with some nasty viruses and with your help all has been resolved. Now....

On start up only, I receive 2 error messages:

    Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bd7c 75b6bf7c

The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access. Exception Occurred At ‘0x0’, Num Elements in generic exception data array=2, Read Error! The inaccessible data is at address ‘0x0’.

These started after I opened Outlook for the 1st after being virus free. I tried to look up something in help, and it asked me for a disk. I do not have the disk, as the computer was bought used and pre-loaded.

    I am running XP Professional.

It seems that this error is related to QuickTime. If you have QuickTime, uninstall, reboot, and reinstall. If you don't have QuickTime, I have read that installing it can actually remove the error (strange, but that's what I read). I have also found a bunch of links that may prove to be helpful:
    http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html
    http://forums.techguy.org/business-applications/561879-windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html

After reading some of the info in those links, it seems the error is commonly caused by malware, or the removal of malware, and it also may have something to do with drive letter assignments; for example: if there's 2 CD drives in the PC and XP was installed from drive E:, but the installed Windows is looking for files on drive D:, or drive E: has been removed and is no longer there....

I hope this helps! Good luck!
