2 m-boards 2 processors, which one??

    Ok I have 2 motherboards and 2 processors to star a build, which one do I use?

    1...
    Intel d945gbi motherboard with an
    Intel Pentium D 950 SL94P processor

    2...
    ASUS d945gbi-vm motherboard with a
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ processor

    Any advice is appreciated. This will be a general home use computer, mostly Internet some word processing. Kids homework, email and such. Thanks, Matt
