2 towers, wich one to pick?

I want to know wich one to pick out of the two that I have now. I have my oldy fogy one. It's about 6-7 years old. Anyways, it does good for it's age and I've been taking good care of it.

So here's the thing. My friend gave me a tower and says it's better then one I have. He added things to it himself and so on.

I want to know out of the two, wich one is the best. Wich one has the better ram, better memory, better hard drive, better sound and video card and what is capable with what.

What I would like to do, is take the best from the two and make one really good one. Till I can go out and buy a spanken new one.

Anyways, I know you guys and gals need the pc specs for both. But I'm stupid when it comes to that and always forget how to get a copy of that.

Can anyone reexplain to me how to do that and I will post it here for yous.

I can take them appart and put them together. But when it comes to knowing what is best and what goes better with what...I'm at a lost.

OK here is the firsts towers specs I got with that program. I didn't know what anyone would need to see so I copied everything. I will post the second towers specs, as soon as I get it hooked up and run the same program on it.
