2003 Outlook /Exchange Server connection

    Having trouble connecting to microsoft exchange server through Outlook 2003, says "unable to open your default email folders . The file C:\Documents and Settings\beckner.cardinal\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost is not an offline folder file. The first prompt tells me I need to be online in which I am. Any Help?
