803 Trojen

Hi,
Im new to this forum and was given this link from another group.
Hope someone can help.
Ive got 803trojen, ive tried my avast, spybot & adaware se all to no avil.
Can anyone please give me any help & instructions on how to remove this problem.

you really need to follow the directions that are given in this thread (that i put below), that's posted up above here in this forum. after you do this, and if it hasn't fixed your problem, then post what you have run (or couldn't), and what the results were (etc.). - also, if you have any questions, then ask here. - sos

Do u mean the 803 trojan. Please try to get the spelling right if that is the case, it can sometimes makes a difference. Run through the TUTORIAL as sosaman mentioned and then send us a HJT log with your results.

Make sure you have HijackThis 1.99 and follow the guidelines on where to install it and how to post a log as an attachment. This is all covered in the sticky thread NO HIJACK THIS LOG FILES BEFORE READING THIS: HJT Tutorial & LOG File Posting

Now post a HijackThis log as an attachment to your message (Do not post the log inline). All running programs should be closed, INCLUDING YOUR WEB BROWSER, e-mail. Close before running Hijack This!

To repeat: Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder for example C:\Program Files\HJT

Thanks guys for your advice. Seems like Ive got to sit down for an hour or so this afternoon and do some reading & downloading.
As you can realise, I know very little about comp. Will get back to you.
