A good alternative to Win Explorer?

I am in need of very serious help in trying to find my way through huge volumes of nested folders, find everything again, and get things streamlined. Is there something more helpful than the native Windows Explorer? I should have done this a long time ago and now it is a nightmare.

These are all free to use, and free of spyware and adware. I've used 'em all extensively and xPlorer2 is by far my favorite. Post which one you ended up using... I'm just curious
