a good and reliable parental control software??

    can anyone recommend a good software that i can get as freeware or even buy to prevent anything like porn from being displayed on a PC? it is more for preventing my 13yr old from accessing anything like that. i am not to sure of what kind i should get and what it needs to have to protect him from accessing it.

    any help would be greatly appreaciated!!!
