A little help for buying a DVD-RW

    i dont own a DVD-RW and am now thinking of getting one but im not sure what to look for. so can i post some links in here from eBay to get some help for the people who know? thx

    DVD burners have gotten so cheap, it's not worth the time to take a chance on eBay, nor to pay the typically inflated shipping charges that seem to pervade auctions these days. I got my dad an NEC ND-3550A from newegg.com last week that even does dual-layer, and it was only $29, $34 and change total with 3-day shipping. Oh, and a free 512MB SD card on a combo deal.

    ive found a NEC ND-3550A DVD Write Speed:16X on ebay for £30 does this fit all PC?

    I don't think you'd want to pay shipping to the UK, so probably best to look closer to home.

    i currently use a Benq DW1655 burner. a great drive with no problems. cheap too...

    I prefer plextor drives, good quality, great performance, plus they offer firmware updates long after the releaseof the product eg. just came out with a new firmware for my px-716SA
