A little help in MALWARE REMOVAL GUIDE please!

Hi, I'm new in this forum so im not familiar with some issues.

I'm doing the MALWARE REMOVAL guide step by step and got confused on step 4.

The GETRIGHT and SHOWNEW guide says: "Upload the runkeys.txt file here as an attachment".

I don't understand where i'm supposed to attach the log files. In a new thread like the one Im doing now? Someone of you guys is going to take a look at them and send me instructions?

Just in case I'll attach the logs here.

I ran STOPSIGN online scan on my computer and found (AVG antivirus won't find this malware):

AvenueA Cookie Spyware Cookie

Tool.Lostrun Hacktool Program (Tool.Lostrun: Hacktool Program
c:\documents and settings\el ian\menú inicio\programas\inicio\reboot.exe is Infected.)

Trojan.PWS.Tanspy Application Spyware Program

Tracking.Cookie Spyware Cookie

My computer is crashing sometimes when I open the MY DOCUMENTS folder and also I can't install some programs (like updating JAVA) because an INTERNAL ERROR popup appears when the installation is running.

I suspected that CCleaner had done something wrong to the system (ran it before knowing this site) so I "MERGED" (don't know if that the exact word in english) the registry backup.

hope this information is useful and clear.

I will continue with the guide now!

I followed the MALWARE REMOVAL GUIDE steps and had some problems...
not bitdefender, panda online scanner or kapersky online scan would run on my computer due to a problem in installing control activeX

so...here are the logs.

CCleaner, spybot and AVG antispyware ran in reboot mode. HJT, GetrunKey and ShowNew in normal mode.
