I have a Gateway that entered some kind of repair loop. I created a Windows 8.1 installation disk (computer originally came with Windows 8) and changed the boot order to boot the disk first. I tried to repair with no luck. Then I tried a reset and I get the message: "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing." Should I try to create a Windows 8 disk or is there something else that I can do? Thanks!
