I tried installing k9 from a website thats probably dodgy.

    I included logs.

I uninstalled it straight away and ran malware bytes. Nothing detected.

Boot time became slow, 5 minutes where I couldn't open task manager but ctrl-alt-del worked.

Windows defender was missing from my machine which I discovered through rkill.

    Did fresh install.

Perfect, 2 weeks later logged back into my domain account in work. Windows now defender offline.

Followed steps on readme and my TDSSKiller-log was too big to include in this post. Nothing turned up as a virus to me.

Can't believe I was such an idiot

I am not seeing any malware at all in those logs.

Thanks a million, you wouldn't know what causes windows defender to be missing?

I'm not sure what to do, should I do a system refresh and wipe the system and get administrator of domain to change account password?

Is there a way to check if I'm spied on from logs or other tools?

You can ask about that in the software forum :)
Entirely your choice. As said, I was not seeing anything suspicious at all.

This is your work computer, correct? You should talk to the administrator about such things.

This is normal. You have Avast Antivirus installed and thus Windows Defender was disabled automatically.
