A64 X2 5400+ Heat Sink & Fan

I had a thread a couple weeks ago that didn't really go anywhere, so I'll try again... I'm kind of in the market for a new heat sink, and I'm lookin' at this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185125 I've seen 'em running and they do a pretty good job, and the price is right. If anyone has any other suggestions for a quality CPU cooler for an A64 x2 5400+ at stock speeds, feel free to post. I might be doing some overclocking, but I wouldn't be going crazy, and I'd like to keep the cost under $40 or so....
