   I have an Acer Aspire 1 net-book running Windows XP 2GB Ram
   with not CD drive, got an error Isass.exe - System error Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API and when I try to get into the BIOS menu it asks for a password but i don't know what the password is.

   Try hitting F8 during the Acer screen and choose "Last Known Good Configuration" from the list. See if it will boot further.
