Acquiring Network Address Issue

    Hello.

    I have read through a bunch of forums for a fix to this and I cant find a solution. I have a dell XP desktop pc and it is constantly going through "acquiring network address". This happened after running tdsskiller,and it deleting a file. Reason I dled tdsskiller is bc I have ping malware on my pc.

    I also have MBAM (found 7 things wrong at the time which have been deleted) and bit defender antivirus (found a trojan KDV and deleted it).

    Can anyone help me please? Any input is valuable. Thanks

    I'd suggest running through the READ & RUN ME FIRST to make sure Rk ZeroAccess is completely removed from your PC. It's this infection that will have caused your current internet problems.
    Make sure to post all logs required in the Malware Removal forum.
