acronis true image help with boot loader

hi i'm on holiday and i have a laptop with windows 7

the laptop has an image made by acronis true image 10 on the D drive

i don't have any disks with me and don't have the recovery manager with f11 turned on. wish i did....

windows will not start i can only get in to the cmd window as i've tried all the recovery option it gave me.

does anyone know if

1.. i can turn on f11 from the cmd window and if so how do i do that.

2.. i think you can boot the acronis image and run windows from there. can you and if so how can i do that.

i've look round the acronis web site but no luck
