Ad-Aware Freezing in middle of Deleteing/Quarantining

Both Spybot - Search & Destroy and Lavasoft - Ad-Aware are freezing in the middle of deleteing and quarantining. They will search and find all of the spyware, but they won't delete them. Need major help, over 600 some infected files. I'm updating my virus scanner now so I can explore in that category.

 

Try running Adaware and Spybot in Safe Mode.
