I just got Ad Aware Pro last night, compliments of MG :D

Does anyone know if there is any way to set ad-watch to block tracking/dataminer cookies?

You mean prevent those kinds of cookies from being created in the 1st place right? I don't have Plus or Pro, so I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think so. I've seen mention in the Lavasoft forums about how that capability was/will be included in past and future (6.2) versions, but not the present one. Example:

This KB blurb would seem to confirm that:

    Cool, thanks for the links.

*Crosses fingers that ad aware pro license will be good for version 6.2*

    :D
