   I have a simple question which one of these are better adaware se or spybot s&d.(free versions) and which av is better Antivir or avg.(free versions)

   They are all pretty good!
   
   However I would take Spybot over Ad-Aware hands down. Ad-ware free does not have any blocking features like Spybot's SDhelper, Immunize, or Teatimer (if you use it). Since Ad-Aware costs you nothing but some disk space, you may as well keep it around for an additional backup scanner. It uses not resource unless you are scanning.
   
   I like both antivirus programs but may give the edge to AVG.
