Add/Remove Programs Black Bars

    Working on a PC with a black bar in the middle of the add/remove programs list. I have removed unistall registry items containing negative values. I have ran three different registry cleaners (EClea2_0, Eusing, and Reg Scrub XP 3.2) with no resolution to this issue. I have run out of ideas. Any assistance with this would be GREAT!!! THANKS.
