Added POP3 account to Outlook but not getting mail - help?

    I have a second work email address that has been set up for me for a project I'm working on. I have been accessing it via webmail but I wanted to add it as a POP3 account to Outlook. I added the new account and tested the settings successfully and finished the wizard; however, I'm not receiving any of the POP3 account emails in Outlook. I can see the Outlook test message when I log in via webmail, though.

    Any advice? I did a search on Outlook/POP3 account troubleshooting but I couldn't find anything specifically related.
